Shipping & Delivery
Most Items we carry are delivered free of charge. There are some exceptions, including out of town orders of products. Delivery costs will be indicated in the product description if not included.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security is important to us. We've taken special steps to keep your information safe. We use only dedicated servers, limit uploads, encrypt data, and use online banks such as Paypal that take you to a secure site before allowing you to enter data for payment.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements will be done on a case by case basis. Items of equal or lesser value may be substituted due to defective products. In all our years of service we've never had a return.
Ordering services online is subject to the terms and conditions provided in your purchase agreement. Orders made by check are subject to a hold until the funds have cleared our both banks. There will be a $25 fee for each returned check.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due within 10 days of service unless otherwise stated or quoted. Prepayment may be required for some services. Lawn and ornamental spraying must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to offer promotions periodically. Pricing is as quoted or marked. Items may be substituted in order to reach your needed total for landscape billing.
Viewing Orders
All orders may be viewed in the account holder's cart before purchase.
Updating Account Information
Customer's are required to keep complete and accurate information updated at all times. Brian Ward Landscaping will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect mailing address.
